This comfy hotel was fairly clean. I loved our deluxe king room with classical furniture. Gorgeous breakfast, perfect service. Staff was extremely helpful, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to downtown. The gardens were lovely here...

The hotel has very good staff and drinks, I appreciated every detail. Nice building, spacious bedroom. It's based in beautiful area, near Rialto bridge overlooking the Grand Canal. Stylish venue, my first choice in Venice.

Picturesque location, funny staff and extremely comfy bed. I was in a classic single room with a luxurious bathroom and authentic furniture. The venue provided a bar in the reception.

I had a comfortable experience here, everything was good, the location was brilliant very close to the waterfront, the Grand Canal and San Stae. Met at the lobby by pretty friendly and charming. Perfect, tasty breakfast with beautiful view. Fairly clean and traditional hotel in Santa Croce district.

everything was first-class and rooms were regular double and rather big. superb food for a buffet breakfast. lots of supplies in the room : climate control, terrace and wi-fi. complimentary drinks at wine bar, first-class service.

It was tidy place, staff were wonderful, and I loved my bright room. Delightful view, a bigger balcony, good bed, too. Satisfactory breakfast with lots of decent foods. I had a really really nice stay at this nicely presented hotel.

Hotel was family-friendly. Its rooms had satellite TV, a heating system and a private safe, and several times we got fruit, bacon and breads for breakfast. Take a look at Santa Croce district, it's worth it.
The bed was a bit hard.

You got excellent value for money. Greatly enjoyed the family room and the way it was setup. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Old Wild West, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit Lido. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Cannaregio neighborhood was worth exploring.
